Aqua Zumba is a fun way to dance your way to health. It combines a combination of low impact aerobic dance and core strengthening movements in a swimming pool. The water alone will engender a sense of childhood joy and well-being. Aqua Zumba is great exercise for any age, fitness level, body type or size. Most importantly this class can be done by swimmers and non-swimmers. An individual with aquaphobia (fear of water) may not be able to participate in this type of class, depending on the severity of their phobia.
