# 1. Look in the mirror for 1 minute in the morning and laugh while loving and appreciating your body.

#2. Drink more water…It does a body good!

#3. Commit to your personal fitness/ wellness plan.

#4. Make a short list of monthly fitness goals and review them at the end of the month.

#5. Celebrate your achievements by doing a 5k walk or run to raise funds for a charity. You will fell good physically and mentally.

#6. Recruit family and friends for support and encouragement.

#7. De-stress by meditating 5-15minutes per day. The stillness is revitalizing!
